4 ripe but firm peaches, halved and pitted
1–2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
3 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
4 scoops vanilla ice cream (or any flavor you love)

Prepare the Peaches
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cut sides of the peaches lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
