FAQs
Q: How long do you cook a frozen casserole?
A: When baking from frozen, you’ll want to cover the casserole with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60–75 minutes. Afterward remove the foil and bake for an extra 10-15 mins or until the centre is piping hot and the top is golden in color. Q: Do you cook chicken before putting it in a casserole?
A: Definitely! Yes, you need to cook the chicken completely before adding it to the casserole. If you want a sped up version, then use rotisserie chicken or other leftover cooked chicken. By using cooked chicken for this recipe you’ll be ensuring that everything is cooked evenly and is safe to eat.
